Refund policy

Returns and refunds:

We try to give an adequate description and image of our products. As per the Dutch regulations for online purchases, an order may be returned within 14 days without further comment. A refund will be applied once the order is returned to us in the original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns which were insufficiently wrapped or paid for.

Exceptions:

In custom orders, we reserve the right to refuse a return. If you approved of the design and an image of the end result, we will do up to 10 minutes of alterations on it for free, after which we reserve the right to charge an hourly fee.
