Shipping policy

Shipping cost:

Shipping is calculated based on weight, volume and carrier options chosen. We reserve the right to adjust shipping to reflect actual costs of shipping.

Shipping

Order are shipped within seven days. Outside of events and holidays, we ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We wrap orders to survive shipping well.

The shipping time within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is usually 1-2 working days.

For the rest of Europe this is 2-5 working days.

For the rest of the world this is 5-15 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

Local pick ups:

If you'd like to pick up your order at an event, please be aware that only fully paid for orders will be reserved for you. Unpaid orders will be treated as stock until they are paid.

Please do not drop by our storage location unannounced, there may very well be nobody available to help you. We only allow orders to be picked up by appointment to avoid leaving you standing in the cold. If you haven't paid up front, we can only take exact payment for your order, for everyone's safety we do not have change available.
